The PRINCE2® Practitioner course is intended for delegates who are familiar with the PRINCE2® project management method, having already studied for and passed the Foundation Certificate exam. It provides a platform and forum for the practice and internalization of the concepts and methods within the syllabus plus exam-focused guidance to enable delegates to confidently approach the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination. The Practitioner exam is included at the end of the course.
The Practitioner course is a 2-day course with the opportunity for the participant to sit for the Practitioner examination. Participants are eligible to claim 14 PMI PDUs upon attending this course.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner coursebook provides a complete and extensive guide in an easy-to-follow structure, which is ideal for learning, and developing an understanding of the basic concepts, principles, and terminology associated with project management.
The Directing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 Guide by Axelos is the essential guide for directing projects to succeed and minimize risk. This guide explains the duties and behavior of the Project Board, uses a practical approach with illustrations and summaries, draws on real-life experience in public and private sector organizations, provides a full glossary for a full understanding of terms, and includes appendices that cover roles and responsibilities and handy checklists.
Note: Upon request, printed course material can be provided in place of the digital courseware for PassionIT Group classes (see note below regarding shipping times/fees).
The Take2 re-sit option
The Take2 re-sit option provides peace of mind heading into your exam session and is now available as an add-on for exams and eLearning bundles. In the event that your first attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive a Take2 Re-sit Option exam voucher from PeopleCert for your online proctored, take anywhere retake exam. When buying the Take2 option through PassionIT Group, Take2 MUST be purchased at the same time as the exam voucher. With the Take2 re-sit option, you are buying:

- Plenty of time to prepare – gives you up to 6 months from the date of the initial exam, to ensure that you have all the time you need to get ready

PREREQUISITES
Candidates for this course must hold a PRINCE2® Foundation certification. As an alternative, proof of having passed one of the following is also acceptable:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
- IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
- IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
- IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate).
Accredited Practitioner training is strongly recommended but not a prerequisite.
In addition to the class, it is recommended that students complete at least 12-15 hours of personal study by reviewing the course syllabus and the course material in preparation for the examination.
- Open book. Only the official printed hard copy of the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® 6th Edition is allowed. The official manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose-leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.

Printed course packs are shipped using USPS and typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive (overseas shipments typically require 3 weeks for delivery). If, after 10 business days (15 for overseas shipments) you have not received your printed coursepacks, please contact us so that we can investigate the cause of the delay and get your shipment to you.
