Business assessment is the first step in determining where you have opportunities for improvement. It determine where your business is today by creating a baseline, where you would like the business to be and where there are key areas of opportunity. The purpose of this assessment is to uncover internal strengths and weaknesses of any organization and the external opportunities and threats that it faces.
